Finding hotshots music couldn't have been more timely. My 7-piece swing band has been the 'tour band' for the BBC Strictly Come Dancing UK Tour - so we were in the market for lots of new charts for the 62 dates this year, and similar next year!
Our gig pad now looks like the "Hotshots catalogue" which under the scrutiny of 7 seasoned pro musos is testament in itself.
We have commissioned Hotshots to arrange a few charts for exactly our line-up - and we are performing them regularly - and they work!
We will be talking to the guys about some charts for my big band - and are really excited about that!
The professionalism and great value of their products is so welcome to working bands who are trying to keep it live in this ever changing profession.
